Hydration is a myth

I don’t really need to drink that much, it’s just been marketed as wellbeing by Big Water.

I do enjoy drinking water, and it does make a difference in my general wellbeing but i no longer bully myself into finishing 2x my huge water bottle, 2L drinking water daily is a big water scam imo

Agreed. If you’re not passing a dark brown urine, then what are you even doing?

I’m sorry but intaking 6 litres of water a day makes you a river passage.

I’d like to sail away on my clear urine to a better world.

Enjoy your kidney stones at Reading.

There was a twitter thread (regrettably) posted here recently where Americans and general other people compared walkable distances. One person encouraged taking a water bottle on a 20 minute walk. I’m still reeling from the idea. No drinking for 20 minutes!

UNLUCKY YOU PAY FOR THAT

I could drink a million litres tomorrow and it wouldn’t cost me a penny* and there’s nothing big water could do about it

You have a subscription package and I am pleased but you do not need to drink water.
