Thats actually really slow for 5g. At best thats 4g speeds
It’s meant to give anywhere from 100 megabit - 1gigabit speeds

4g can reach up to 100megabit on a good day with a good service provider

There probably aren’t many 5g masts in your area so the coverage is spotty (its more limited by range than 4g iirc)
