I interviewed Murray a few years back. Seems like a nice person, but still think the fact that he keeps the pub landlord character going long beyond claiming any satirical justification makes him a bit of a prick.

He seems like a good sort but he also did keep doing a bit when it was obvious a lot of the people going to his shows weren’t really getting the satire and were just cheering along, which isn’t good imo
