for a guitar solo to be really good imo it has to elevate the context of the track in some way i.e.

have a melodic core that is referenced within the solo itself or is a call-back or inversion of another part of the track

serve as a reference to the emotional content of the track e.g. really exploding with anger or dissonance or sink into apathy etc depending on what is called for/set up.

It’s hard for me to feel much context in a plinkaplink jam like this, so it would have to be doing something sonically very different or something to be interesting, sounded like your typical band practice jam to me.
