I’ll level with you, I completely agree with this. I just had some really nice cambozola for lunch and thought I’d share my excitement.

If you needed any further proof that Americans can’t do cheese.

For a while I lived a few doors down from a very good Italian deli. Many of my lunches consisted of cambozola on a fresh ciabatta.

Pretty much exactly what I had except with added salami.

I’m a bit suspicious of it tbh.

Would definitely eat Camembert and Gorgonzola in combo on crackers/in sandwich/in big chunks though.
