I think the time I listened to Loveless while out of my bin on pills at dawn on New Year’s Day a few years back is the opposite of this experience and is one hundred times better than what’s promised here

Slightly tempted to listen to Loveless on a decent sound system, but is this just going to be rubbish?

not sure i get it? it’s a ticket to come and listen to an album with a blindfold on?

oh right cool

think I’ll pass

Reckon a fiver is about my limit for this type of thing but don’t necessarily think it’s a bad idea. Struggle to sit and listen to an album and do nothing else these days.

Two observations:

  • Carrie and Lowell is a bit of a weird choice for this type of thing
  • All the albums are by men, with the semi-exception of MBV
