Are we on a collective 6/7 here? assuming Vince was wrong

So we’re missing someone who has taken 16 ODI wickets since July 2015, right?

He did not. Last ODI appearance in 2007! Wow, that’s a long time ago.

You don’t really need to go digging too far back tbh.

1 wicket.

Discussion at work today - which is better:

  • Inswinging yorker that smashes the stumps
  • Outswinging full length delivery that gets the finest of nicks

Little bit of swing into the right hander, seam movement back out, beats the edge, knocks the top of off-stump while the batsman holds the position of a perfect forward defensive shot.

Context though. Prefer the nick for a top order batsman, but a yorker for a tailender. Plus if it’s the winning wicket, a bowled is always nice.

Big fan of the out swinging in nipper that sends the off stump cartwheeling.

Kinda related - did you see who which batsman has been bowled the most in tests? Bit of a surprise for me…
