I like this but I can’t help but think the music is a bit too simplistic for the repetitive lyrics. They seem interesting though. Hopefully more and better to come.

Saw these last night in Newcastle and they were fantastic, haven’t found a gig as enjoyable and satisfying in some time. Really feel like I could see them a few more times this year and not get bored of it. If you’re reading this and a fan of their music, you should really look into the rest of their tour dates. Seemed like decent people too!

Mouses supported and they smashed it as well. Thanks @mouth_breather for making this thread!

Saw them last night. Were bloody brilliant! Piss poor attendance, must’ve only been 50 people there!

Shit, sorry you missed out :confused: they’ll surely tour your neck at some point though. Whereas I very much doubt they’ll do the Aberdeen toilet circus again. Who knows, there’s not going to be a mass appeal for them but there should be. Great band

I’ve been listening to this loads recently, great album, right up my street. Feel a bit bad I couldn’t get into them when they toured with Future of the Left in Dec. Think I was fanboying too much over USA Nails.

totally not getting why they are suddenly taking off & getting all this exposure
the album is patchy, but is an improvement on where they were a few years back
granted, the recent fleece show was the best I’ve seen them, but it is not that different to where they were 5 or 6 years ago

good luck to them though
nice to see a local band get a breakthrough like this & gawd knows they’ve worked at it for long enough
