I never knew Bella Italia was so highly regarded:

Although those in the Marina branch need to buck their ideas up:

Whatever it takes.

then i am IN

Can I stick around in the UK for a few weeks, or is it a whirlwind, fly in and straight out again, deal?

but which hat? the new transformers one or one of the classics?

never been keen on the word ‘truism’.

Do you not have a decent Bella Italia in your locale? Jay is willing to travel

I would imagine he will bring a selection which can be shared… for a fee (yes I will pay!)

Another variable here is that I have never been to a Bella Italia. Nor its predecessor Bella Pasta. Or at least I don’t think so. Always up for trying new things.

Neither have I. But I guy I used to work with loved going up the west end for a musical and a Bella Italia.

I don’t believe so…?

I’m guessing it’s some kind of generic, “cheap-and-cheerful” Italian eatery?

I can’t vouch for its levels of cheer

Fair play. Whatever floats your boat.

Basically the mainstream equivalent to the DiS staple of going to the Highbury & Islington Wetherspoons for a burger and then on to the Union Chapel to see something fucking awful.

1257 restaurants? More like 3. Also no Bella Italia.

Or cinema for that matter.

Are the tables:

*dressed with table cloths?
*covered with butchers paper?
*bareback?

I’m not sure if they are all this snazzy

Yeah turns out that Tripadvisor joint I saw on Google was a Bella Pasta in Rochester, NY.

got nothing that fancy out this way. You’ll have to fly me to London, I’m afraid.

I would probably accept your offer, but if he came along wearing one of his trademark silly hats, blocking out other cinema goers views. I would say Jay kay NOOOOO!

The US edition clearly has more restaurants, but how many Charles Dickens themed tourist attractions have they got. Eh? Eh?
