Oh I’ve seen them. Eyeing up the sunburst or the black one but the problem is that I’m paying off a Fender Mustang Bass already…

I used to do this for people! For a month.

Surprisingly, well not cheap but cheaper than I’d expect

Mis-sell PPI, or strike a blow for the ordinary joe against The Man?

Half of it on holiday, booze, women. Prob just squander the rest

The latter.

Still don’t really know what PPI is tbh, any chance I’m owed £2000?

No harm in checking. do you have any copies of contracts you’ve signed? if there’s a tick box that was pre-crossed requesting PPI, or if it was ticked on your behalf by a bank guy or without explaining it then yes.

:fist:

Hmm, almost certainly don’t have any copies of contracts or owt but I am definitely in the habit of signing whatever form is thrust at me without looking over it or checking any details whatsoever. I’m not really sure what it would have been on though? Current accounts? Credit cards?

Have you ever have a credit agreement (credit card, loan etc)?

If so, it’s worth checking.

If you’ve hand a bank loan or credit card and they’ve added payment protection in case you lost your job.

I got £2500 back from Lloyds a few years back.

When I was a kid my parents had loads if loans a debt. I applied for them and got them £22,000. Its been a godsend for them as my dad retired early through ill health.

I know I had PPI with an Egg card too, but I’ve done nothing about it.

Glib answer: liposuction or a gastric band

Bright and perky answer: clothes, holidays, APOPO (charity which trains giant rats to detect landmines to speed up the demining process)

don’t go through a ppi lawyer btw as obviously shysters as they are, they’ll just cream about a third off the top for what’s basically photocopying

I signed up for my credit card in 2014, is this whilst all this stuff was going on and thus I’m unlikely to have it you reckon?
