Properly love him (and fancy him).
Was listening to a podcast ages ago, and he was the guest. The presenters asked what his guilty pleasure was and he said “that posh wafer thin ham… prosciutto or something, that, wrapped round a breadstick”

Get this - I’m gonna start work 15 mins late and have a bath before work!
The only way this could be a disaster is it Royal Mail come with my package whilst I’m in the bath

Aww, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have called their baby Daisy Bloom  what a lovely name

morning…kids are due to go fishing with my Dad so that’s nice.

probably finish Mrs America and then do some work (play Fall Guys) although I am actually getting worse not better

Oh no

Now I’ve found conflicting information that just says he needs indoor PE kit and no outdoor, bit he does need a pair of wellies to keep at school. They don’t make this easy on confused, first-time, autistic mums.

@primaryschoolteachers, would you find it reasonable if a parent in my position asked for any letters etc that required anything I had to act on to be written on in bullet points of what I had to do/what I needed to know? Or is that asking too much? I just can’t parse information in several page letters when it is filled out with so much extra stuff.

I might move to Tristan da Cunha and set up a Glasgow/West Yorkshire of the Seven Seas

That was a joy

Completely reasonable.

When children start reception the amount of information given is overwhelming for everyone so don’t worry overly about missing things, it is kind of expected.

If there is a Facebook group for the school join it as lots of reminders and info will be put on there, same if there is a class WhatsApp.

In general reception children won’t do PE for the first week or so anyway as the changing is all too much.

Oh my word, I can’t believe it’s been a year! That’s made me so sad :frowning:

I’m also aware I never got to fulfil any of my raffle winners - trying to have a think about what I can do instead.

Been up TOO early (7am) waiting for someone to pick up my ten bags of clothes, shoes, dvds and books for charity. 15 years’ worth of stuff :grimacing: I feel really accomplished though!

Going to see our family friend who is very very ill, gonna be quite a sad one I think.

Was meant to go out tonight but post-lockdown it’s really hard to get the motivation. So we’re going to stay in and watch The Crucible. Drinking Boundary Rd APAs

FL, I’d be happy to read the letters, extract the necessary/relevant information and put into a bullet point format for you, lmk :slightly_smiling_face:

This is an entirely reasonable request to make of the school, btw, but if you don’t have any luck with them or don’t feel up to asking, I’m here x

pretty excited, two new smashing pumpkins tracks that on first listen aren’t terrible, hopefully should be watching bill & ted 3 later if my american itunes voucher scheme works

Yeah, going back home, can only get face to face interviews but I can’t get time off work, so I think it’s the only way :grimacing::grimacing::grimacing:
