If you go far enough West doesn't it just become East?

Why is there even a west and east? Is there a middle of the world? Seems wrong.

I know there’s a north and south pole and they do something, is that why?

South pole could probably just as easily be the north pole though couldn’t it

Londoners decided it was them, of course

Maybe East and West switch at the same time

It’s all jumped up nonsense anyway

Despite its name, the international date line has no legal international status and countries are free to choose the dates that they observe.
