Yes I’d say it is. I’m with you on the medium well, but I’ve moved more towards medium in recent times, especially if it’s fillet steak.

I’m not sure I could ever eat my steak rare or ‘blue’ though. Surely it would be cold in the middle?

I also love curry on chips!

Might try curry on other carbs - curry on potato waffles?

how

I just had some leftover chana masala on toast for lunch. was pretty decent

It won’t be fridge cold but room temp in the middle

I suppose that’s not so bad then.

Reckon the waffle would act as a crude sieve and you’d end up with a soggy waffle and a loaf of sauceless curry chunks.

Many years ago when I went to San Francisco with the family ( I was a kid) they sold on the warf a small loaf of round bread hollowed out filled with chowder and the top put back on, they should do that with curry, with a spicy pepperami as a stirrer and you could nibble in to a spoon.

also no plastic or cardboard bowls and cutlery needed -no need to thank RonyD for saving the planet

Have had that. Great with leftover curry. Warm the curry on the hob, whack 4 Waffles in the toaster. Job done.

Wow this was probably over 20 years ago

I think a naan with curry inside - but then wrapped in foil like a burrito would be good. probably already exists

Nice!

Curry with gnocchi? Curry with an English Muffin? Or a crumpet?

Had a naga chilli pizza a couple of years ago, first bite gave me hiccups but I found that the best tactic was to just swallow everything without chewing. Later on it burned to pee. Horrible.

Hey, got to try these things. Someone took a gamble and had curry with rice, and it worked.

The do. It’s called Bunny Chow.

You should add the spicy pepperami yourself tho.

It does.

ooo yeah
