Artichoke aubergine and asparagus

I’d be embarrassed to order that irl because of the alliteration but on here I have no shame

Just get me a marinara from Aromi please, it’s £7.99 and vegan

Chillies, artichokes, olives.

Thin base

They’ll add it after the pizza is cooked (obviously) but I can’t think of any place that gives you a huge pile on top, usually it’s just a smattering of rocket leaves

Seems the right approach. Frankly you get too much rucola on a rucola pizza in Italy.

Might have this instead of the beef actually.

base - don’t care as long as its not sourdough
no tomato sauce
blue cheese
honey
walnuts

A half decent takeaway effort with that cubed fake ham please.

Sourdough base
Mascarpone
Olives
Mushrooms

  • Whatever base it is you get for those artisan pizzas where it is thin in the middle but the crust is puffed up and blackened and airy and chewy.
  • A rich tomato sugo heavy on the garlic and medium on the oregano.
  • Olives
  • Capers
  • Fennel sausage

Chicago-style deep dish base
Inverted cheese/passata (i.e. half an inch of mozzarella etc across the while pizza, topped with some passata)
Oregano

Thanks pal.

  • base
  • sauce
  • up to 3 (three) toppings

Either:

Ham (cotto)
Mushrooms
Oregano

Or:

Capers
Anchovies
Spicy oil

Roma style (thin and crispy basically)

Thin base, well done please or at least crispy.
Tomato sauce as standard.
Going to need some vegan cheez on that puppy, Applewood is good.
Chilli peppers and olive topping. Instead of a third topping maybe some chimichurri for dippin’?
