A few months back they introduced two ‘catch up meetings’ each day where all the different teams ring in so we can share information with people who largely couldn’t care less about it.
Completely pointless for a multitude of reasons and smacked of an appraisal objective when it was introduced. I expected it to last 2 weeks max, but somehow it lives on.
I usually just ‘forget’ or am ‘too busy’ to bother dialling in to it…
