The show is going to tour:
Manchester booked, trying to get to London was just too expensive, this is a lot easier!
Got tickets for Stoke-on-Trent (can’t believe it’s coming to sunny Stoke). Expected to have to buy tickets for a big city and spend a fortune on travel etc. Lovely. Roll on November
Birmingham (Alexandra Theatre) booked for October
all the cheaper seats gone already, do i wanna spend £55-70 on this
Finally, the pretext I need for visiting Woking
We had Su Pollard for our night.
I got David Harewood, I went in without knowing there was going to be a special guest at all. Hope these were all captured on film for posterity.
We had Rory Kinnear, he was great and during the interval he sat right in front of me with his family (who’d watched him in the first half). He was really nice even when my wife got excited and talked at him a little bit too much.
Wish I had been there for the Walliams night!
The TV and I have just gone through the list of guests giving them an A B or C based on how excited we would have been to see them. Plenty of As in there. For our night we got a B (Nigel Planer).
We had Osman - narrowed it down to either him or Peter Crouch within a few seconds.
