currently unemployed (science specialist) and I don’t really know when to expect I’ll be able to get another job even if it’s just retail/pub work. Girlfriend is starting to freak out about money, I don’t think she’s eligible for the unemployment benefit (she’s from Hungary)

My dad saw the neighbors when he was out on a walk, and they questioned why he wasn’t standing out the front of the house clapping for the NHS. Absolute shitehawks like. He said he was in the back garden and did clap, but apparently that’s not good enough.

My aunt also drove up her country road and called with 20+ people to encourage them to drive down their lanes and beep their horns for the NHS 🤦
