IPhone on holiday

I am a mobile phone Luddite and need some tips from the good people of DiS.
Off to Spain for 10 days on Thursday with Laddo and he has an IPhone which he mainly uses for watching YouTube vids on, doesn’t really call or text much but has 6GB of data a month.

What do I need to be aware of in terms of costs, usage etc.

some companies have done away with roaming charges so it’s just the same as using it here.

some haven’t though afaik so probs check with whoever does your phone

Yeah totally depends on your plan, check roaming charges. Sometimes you can buy an international pass up front.
