Not a drinking tune but there’s not many threads on DiS where I would get an excuse to post a song by an Irish folk singer. I’ve always loved a bit of Christy Moore, someone partly handed down to me by by Limerick-native dad. Viva La Quinta Brigada is one of his best songs, a tribute to the Irish volunteers who fought for the Republicans in the Spanish Civil War:
