Definitely more addictive than anything else because of the tactile preparation.

Please just assume that none of these portions are big enough imo.

The portion size of a soft drink is always exactly the same as the size of the vessel its in.

250ml red coke, literally unlimited coke zero, that is the rules

  • Measure out portions
  • Vaguely measure by eye
  • Go comfortably over and have the leftovers for seconds or lunch

Go over but eat it all.

I always make loads cause my bf likes leftovers (me not so much as i didn’t grow up in a leftover household but that’s by the by) BUT we also always like seconds so I trick us into having seconds when really we’re probably having large firsts but i serve up a little less so theres always a tiny bit left for seconds when really it’s just part of firsts

  • I do this too!
  • absolutely no idea what you’re on about

That’s about the right amount per chip

I know what you’re on about but don’t do it.

I serve us both the same portion size and then finish whatever my darling partner leaves. Leftovers are then lunch

Occasionally measure them out, then add an extra slug or handful anyway

If you split a meal/cake/etc into two and you’re the one serving, are you giving yourself the better portion or the worse one?

Be honest.

  • Worse, because I’m the best
  • Best, because fuck 'em
