Sounds like the only thing to stop a bad guy with a drone will be a good guy with a drone (with a weapon). Reading through the points about collateral damage in the article, I’m imagining some kind of massive drone with a big claw grabber that would require hours of training in funfairs to get toys with the grabber to safely operate.
