There was an RPG one I quite liked, I remember there was a snowy village in it? Also a top down shooter I remember liking.

Really like the idea of Net Yaroze; nice thinking about that quaint indie community thing on demo discs. Got weird memories of all kindsa those games – there was one set on a sunny island, I think (Terra Incognita?) and that one with the babies that everyone remembers

yeah the baby one with the aliens in like a shopping centre was ace! You had to make them follow you back to the teleporter. The top down shooter was called Psychon I think:

It was awesome.

I loved those demo discs, every month was exciting waiting for the new issue and the cool games on the disc. Was a really great rip off of sensible soccer too.
