If you stick a slice of toast underneath then yes, very definitely a thing.
Also, a drop of sriracha on top wouldn’t go amiss.

It’s the yolk mixing with the bean juice. Spoken to 2 different people in the past week who boak at the idea. Have to make a sausage dam when they have a full English
Baked beans are horrible but I’ve seen people eat a bowl of beans with an egg on top. A thing

I accidentally made this recently because the bread I had had gone stale. It was fine, could have done with the toast though

Would prefer not (use a sausage as a breakwater etc) but it’s not a big deal tbh
