No, seriously. I know this is all jokey banter and everything, but it gets really, really tedious after a while. I know I’m not a mod (and I know that nobody who posted in that “closing threads” thread meant any malice towards me) but it’s not pleasant being on the wrong end of it.

You seem to be conflating two separate things.
Some perceived attack on you in another thread (which imo was some very minor criticism) and me semi taking the piss in a thread about proposing a new mod for a music forum. Didn’t realise it needed to be approached with such gravitas, because it doesn’t.
