(Could book on the bus)

Nothing too exciting planned for me today. I’ve got a ticket to see Tommy at The BFI later and will sneak in some booze and get slowly drunk whilst watching.

No one else would have such a disregard to not RTF of advent calendars

Very quiet in the ol’ South Hams farm shop & outdoor pursuits business today.

Think I just found the perfect summation of DiS

Umberto Eco was brilliant on the power of lists, and this is a book full of them. Eco wrote: “How, as a human being, does one face infinity? Through lists… We like lists because we don’t want to die.”

Work for like half an hour for me. So have to chain suck for any meaningful pain relief.

Will the very pretty short story advent calendar I’ve bought for my darling life partner arrive today, or will it fail in the one role of an advent calendar by arriving in December?

  • It will arrive today
  • You’re a failure aggers. A shambles. Subhuman scum

He’s already dead :zipper_mouth_face:

Got the kids 99p ones in Aldi. They have chocolate in, it goes against all my advent feelings but paying over a fiver each for picture ones is just too much.

Want me to come and give you a hand? I’ve got fuck all else to do.

My wife wanted a break from a Lindt one this year and had seen the FR one on something. Fucking ridiculously expensive but it folds out like a house.
