very tired, can’t seem to muster up the energy this week. Really need to get my arse into bed at like 10pm or something instead of staring at my ipad screen until 1am. Seem to compulsively do nothing for hours at the end of the day don’t know how to stop myself
fuck, I often do that too what I try and do is move the phone, ipad etc out of my reach and focus on something like reading a book until I’m ready to fall asleep
Got made to go into the office even though i’m ill, travelled in, had nowt to do, been sent home. So annoyed.
Disaster here earlier when all the computers we’re using went into a scheduled Windows Update. I am an office worker.
