Alright? Had the busiest day on record in my shop, then went to Tesco which was not the relaxing, unwinding experience I needed. Have very much enjoyed Secret Santa today though. Pie for tea, a couple of cans and some sleeping before work tomorrow. What is happening?

Off work today as I have the joy of being in for ‘twixtmas. Got up early, took two huge black bags of dead garden shit out, chopped logs, drove ten miles to pick up the Xmas dinner, made two wreaths with lights for the windows, ate crisps. Now got Grant Green on and this guy on my lap.
Waiting for Mrs Queeny to get back from third work related Xmas do and expect it will get messy later.

I’m off work for 12 days, though I’m on call for 24 hours from 9am tomorrow so it won’t really start properly until Sunday.
Going to have a Salcombe Christmas Tide ale and watch Elf.

I didn’t manage to finish any of the work I hoped to finish today and now I’m having trouble switching off from work
I do however have 2 weeks off so I’ll probably be alright in a couple of hours

I’m flying home to Brazil for Christmas and not seen my family in nearly two months.
Got a 90 minute changeover in Charles de gaul airport and my flight there is delayed by 60 minutes so basically pray for dayrider.
In the meantime I’m getting pissed on the bottomless bar in one of the airport lounges.

It’s Friday night! Went out for lunch with my mum today and did my first bike on the Isle of Man since being home. Fucking windy!!!
Ooh I got a new bicycle helmet too.
I am really having a lovely time. Got nye plans too finally, spending them on a farm in a roundhouse with copious booze, staying over and then doing a ny sea dip

Made some freezer fried rice - it’s pretty great. Sewing and wrapping presents.
Just had a house full of people (during which i overhead some of m’s friends say “let’s play with m’s dad’s ghost!” So i guess she’s still insisting he’s dead then)

I’ve ventured in to the village to visit some of the local pubs for local people. There’s karaoke on and an old boy just had to blag his way through Confide In Me by Kylie Minogue because the DJ misheard his request for Come Fly With Me.
