I hate my sports bra! Squishes them down and makes them square. Although recently I’ve forgone wearing a t shirt for exercise and feels oddly good wearing just the sports bra and my exercise legs.

Good evening nice people

Had another really difficult day. Currently hiding under my duvet until R is asleep, which I don’t think will happen anytime soon as we weren’t up until gone eight this morning and he hasn’t really been doing enough to get tired out.

Keep getting really bad sharp pains in my left shoulder and I’m not even sure what I might have done to it. Whole left side feels pretty uncomfortable actually.

SFPP was especially nice today for some reason, so that’s good. Excited for beers soon and also some of the very tasty looking chocolate that arrived in a care package from @anon19035908 (thank you so much Funky, really brightened my day when I opened it :blush:)

Might play some Switch if I can hold it properly without my shoulder pain jolts interfering.

This is very much the best option. I haven’t worn a bra in months and I’m quite sad about it getting warmer because when it gets to single layer clothes weather I won’t be able to get away with it any longer :frowning:
