Back from the demo/protest thing, even squeezed in a wee meeting afterwards. I’m surprised at how cold -1 degrees feel now – I mean it will get so much colder, how do we even cope, and why does anyone even live this far north, it honestly baffles me sometimes

Gonna write some emails etc, then probably start putting up all of my super tacky Christmas decorations while drinking some of that super sweet Christmas cider I just bought :mrs_claus::christmas_tree::dizzy:

just went for lunch at the pub at the end of our road which does 2-for-1 burgers weekday lunchtimes. took 45 minutes to arrive and mine was covered in cheese when it did arrive, which i can’t eat. i’ve had two pints of guinness and no food. best of luck, my colleagues.
