It's jacket potatoes for dinner! (Sorry @Funkhouser)

if someone gave me a jacket potato with haggis on it, i’d be like, ‘goober, what’s with the haggis?!’

but would eat it anyway because haggis is delicious

Then I’ll go for the classic option listed above the skinz then

can I shock you all - jacket potato is maybe one of only a handful of foods that calls for ample sauce.

Had JPs with cheese and beans with sausages tonight. Had them for dinner 4 of the last 5 nights, 2x tuna mayo, 1x steak chilli and 1 as mentioned. All in the oven this time, covered in oil, garlic and s&p and wrapped in foil, couldn’t be bothered with the slow cooker.

Went bust a few months ago, they all shut down, including the Plymouth one. Now seems like they’ve been bought by Albert Bartlett (Big Potato) and there are like 8 or something reopened, not including the Plymouth one.

Baked potato roasted with garlic olive oil and chilli pepper.
Butter first, salt and pepper.
Tuna with only a little bit of mayo to bind and a fuck tonne of pepper
Extra mature cheddar on top so it doesn’t melt.
Coriander leaves and cucumber and lettuce on the side.

Butter 2 mashed into the main heart of potato
Butter 3 on the outside of the skin
