I rub oil and salt into the skin before baking but maybe I’ll also roll it in butter now. Thank you for such inspirational content :purple_heart::fire:

Always amazed that lasted as long as it did. Can’t really imagine saying to a loved one “Ooh, let’s treat ourselves and go out for lunch today! Let’s go into town and have a baked potato!”
