The administrative assistant resigned (got another job!), leaving me the only non-manager-level employee on the floor. Boo! It’s also much noisier now because some folks moved up from the 1st floor and they tend to have a lot of meetings going on. On the other hand, there’s been an increase in snack-treats showing up in the break room and they’re all actually pretty nice people.
My boss is out at meetings all day today and she goes on vacation early next week, so I’m slacking off just a little bit. Might take a long lunch and go pick up cat food.
