Used to regularly smash two bottles of red a night while in college. Can still drink it too quickly to this day so I don’t keep it in the house.

The stories I can tell from eleven years of hammering it regularly in Cork. Wouldn’t trade those years for anything.
Obviously red has the massive standout wines, but white has the better range of situations, especially afternoons by the water in the sun.

hated red as a youngster (i.e. before 25ish), now adore it and rarely go anywhere near white. That said, discovering Vioginier (sp?) has led to me buying the odd bottle these last few years…
