There’s a jacuzzi that’s switched on for 5 mins every 15-20 mins so I’ve been doing a gym session, 3 goes round of swimming/jacuzzi fun and then 15 mins in the sauna. Lovely job.

I feel like I’ve let a lot of people down tonight.

Morrisons Cripsy Duck pancakes but none of the proper (lemon and sugar) variety because Wor Lass made herself a birthday cake and we both thought it’d be too much dessert for one day.
