crisps are largely over rated. enjoy a packet with a sanger on occasion, but never think OOOOOH I COULD MURDER A PACKET OF CRISPS RN.
that said, the best crisps i’ve had are those irish ones you get in the speciality aisle of tescos sometimes.
I have posted an aghast photo of these before. Can’t believe you’re willing to try them.
The problem I have with Pringles is they are the exact same width as my mouth. So trying to shove them in eventually creates tiny cuts where all the edges go through at the same spot and you end up with salt and vinegar flavouring being rubbed into these cuts and that can hurt for ages afterwards.

Lidl do a chilli and lime sweet potato crisp which is quite excellent. Actually, lidl in general have some really top crisp game rn with most of their ‘deluxe’ ones or whatever their posh own brand is.
Tried these just last week, were v.nice. Going to work my way through the other flavours, might go for whatever the hexagonal shaped ones were next.
