Was in the cinema at like 11:15 last night when people were getting there for the late Endgame screenings, the place was absolutely buzzing, so cool to see. Regretting a bit leaving it until tomorrow now…

They also had a billboard / stand set up for that Marvel thing at Disneyland. It had all the lookalike actors on it, and I couldn’t stop thinking that it looked like Alan Partridge was playing Dr Strange

Yeah this. I like hatha best but I do all sorts of classes depending on my need. More dynamic ones for fitness, and sometimes I’d do this amazing class that’s so slow moving and feels like nothing is happening bit by the end my back feels so good and often at the end of that class I have brilliant little hallucinations in the rest period.

I’d only do YouTube after going to proper classes for a good while. You want a class where the instructor is helping you get in position if you’re not doing it right. I thibk bikram is awful tbh, but if you’re going to do that i’d say same applies…you need more experience to get the best from it as I’ve yet to do bikram where the instructor has corrected anyone’s position at all which just isn’t right.

Once you’ve gone to a few classes you can start doing stuff like sun salutations and that at home, but I totally agree with @Scout that it’s best to get a teacher to show you first
