I’m working in the covered bit out the back of our local arts centre, it’s really nice out here with all the rain and everything. Very peaceful.

Fucked about with permissions ages ago when I reinstalled Windows on my PC (no idea what I did or why) and it made applications have errors all the time, failed to run etc. Tried to give myself full permission to the entire C drive which fucked things up good and proper. Can no longer boot into Windows, and trying to fix it with a USB recovery drive doesn’t even work, gets about 10% through and then says Windows couldn’t reset this PC. That seems very weird to me, isn’t it just formatting the drive and then reinstalling Windows? The only way that can fail is if the drive itself is fucked or the USB is fucked surely.
