WFH this morning, need to go in for a meeting around 3, might go in for a couple of hours before.
Work is crap at the moment, gonna compound that by doing nothing in the WFH section.

I’m 17 minutes late and counting for my interim review, received a terse email from my boss. But, can’t do nowt about traffic nor trains. (As it happens, I can do something about trains as that’s my job and today only strengthens my argument that timings need to be changed to make the timetable match reality between Euston and Milton Keynes…)
Loads on at work today including a safety tour at Milton Keynes Central Station where I will be spying for idiots behaving unsafely and Close Calling their asses…
Then, secondary school open evening, possibly down to Hendon’s training to conduct a player interview and then bed.
Classic double negative usage here. Proud of this.

Urgh.
Morning all. It’s only just dawned on me that tomorrow will be the last day I’ll be cycling into work, one more day of trying to avoid @casinobay-ing myself into the canal.
I’m on leave for 2 weeks after tomorrow so pretty monumental amounts of can’t be CBA’d today.

Day 4 of having the builders in. We have a huge hole in the north facing wall of the old coal house. Looking forward to them filling it with glass and making it into a proper room as it is brrrrrr.
Leaving the house this morning I darted back inside to gran a scarf as it felt a bit parky. Thank god I did as some pillock on the train was insisting on the window being open even though people were getting wet and blowy.
I feel that this really is the start of proper autumn now and it’s hard to believe that I got my face burnt through factor 50 at the park on Tuesday (on our last day of summer, clearly.)
Waiting for a project to kick off at work and got that calm before the storm feeling…
