My theory is he got annoyed that I’d started standing up for myself on the debt/bills, tried to restablish the old dynamic by blowing up over the notice (a complete non issue, he knew our notice had already been accepted by text, I was just playing it safe by sending a formal letter), but it backfired as due to the Murray and other stuff I no longer cared what he thought. Think everything since is about him trying to regain control, but it won’t work as I don’t care. Sorry for using daily threads as therapy sessions

Massive lie in this morning cos I’m meeting a pal after work, wish I could get up at 8:30 every morning. Heading to Smokehouse in Canonbury for some nang bbq food and beers :call_me_hand:

Had a lovely day workshadowing at Glasgow council’s planning department yesterday. Now back in Newcastle and the office.

Got a professional social thing this evening, organised by someone from my course has it, looking forward to catching up. Gonna sneak away and see Beale Street cos I won’t get a chance after tonight.

Morning all,

Had a slightly better time than i was perhaps expecting in rehearsal last night. our drummer seemed to have been practising or listening to music or something. The chorus pedal I’d put together doesn’t have the depth I’d hoped, but did managed to get a nice modulated slap-back sound out of it, which will do nicely. oooh, that reminds me, i need more solder.
