Veggie/vegan nuggets and other forms of veggie processed chicken (kievs, etc) are very good indeed.

Made the full time switch to Quorn or Frys nuggets a while ago.

@profk Does non-meat chorizo violate your standards?

Haggis pakora with sweet chilli sauce and salad (lol why bother pals), Bombay potatoes (barely cooked), carrots (overly cooked), homemade bakewell tart (seriously smashing)

might as well just call it paprika seitan tbh.

All about the seitan

Had a couple of crackers with a bit of smoked jalapeño and scotch bonnet Cheddar for lunch in the end.

I went 1/3 beef lasagne, 1/3 rocket pesto and mushroom pasta, 1/3 veggie ravioli in sage butter. couldn’t finish it (although I was down to, like, my last ravioli)

tuna had a chilli paneer wrap which looked pretty insane :yum:

Actually tbf I don’t think I’ve ever topped a banana cake. Was thinking of carrots. Got my long fruit and veg mixed up.
