Okay it seems like there’s a real divergence on this one because I understood it to mean its other version, ie someone just acting feral or unashamedly slobbish:

Mrs HYG and I have been using it a lot in recent weeks to describe how our 18-month-old deliberately takes off her clothes and walks round in just her nappy holding as many snacks as possible, it should go without saying I was not aware of the other meaning.
