He used to come into the osteopath’s my mum was the receptionist for and she always chatted to him. She ended up with some tapes and stuff. I have a badge that I recall being from him but mum doesn’t recall and I can’t find anything online so maybe I just got confused.

Been a fan of Cutler ever since I heard “Barabadabada” as part of a Breezeblock mix the Beta Band did over 20 years ago. I even read a couple of his entries from Life in a Scotch Sitting Room Vol.2 at a Peel tribute night in Aberdeen a few years ago.

Search out everything you can of his in audio or print and your life will be all the more enriched for it.

Saw this on BBC4 a few years back. The comedian Dave Allen interviews him as part of a documentary about eccentrics. Starts around 32m
