Hard to know what to say to this one. Met him a few times he was a lovely bloke who was fun to hang out with. An incredible writer for NME, Kerrang, Guardian and others. Very, very sad.

Remember reading a lot of his NME and Kerrang stuff back in the day, he was a good writer with a cool pen name.
Sad for anyone to die so young, and he was very open about his struggles with OCD which I appreciate.
At the risk of derailing a tribute thread, I’m not going to ignore the fact that he had some views that I think are pretty unpleasant.
