Just Mercy - Pretty average/bad tbh. There’s an inherent flaw with giving real-life saints biopics and that is the fact that there is nothing the actor can do with them beyond earnestness. Michael B Jordan is given an absolutely thankless task and sinks a bit as a result IMO. It’s got a very unearned execution scene which felt kind of borderline throwaway and the whole thing suffers from it’s length but still leaves you thinking that the characters were underdeveloped. Not great, not absolutely awful but definitely not great IMO.
