57 mins of new material, blimey
Big ol’ bump because i’m currently listening to him. Have listened before, but was skimming the music on poundlandbandit’s IG and a couple of his tracks popped up and remembered how fun they were.
He both somehow takes himself very seriously and not seriously at all and it annoyed me at first, but slowly grew into him. Same thing happened with The Streets back in the early 2000’s actually. Doubt i’ll ever enjoy him as much as Mike, but he’s still good.
Also surprised he hasn’t got bigger than he is as he seems super meme-able and thought that would have worked well for him for longer than it did.
Think he has had something of a mental health crisis last few years hence why he’s not really kept up his momentum
fun bloke. put an event on in bristol with him headlining in around 2018, really thought he’d blow up but i guess it wasn’t to be. still really enjoy Subway System!

Ah ok. Saw he’s released a couple of singles so far this year, so fingers crossed he’s doing better

He was ahead of the curve if anything. He was producing stuff that sounded like it was from the 90s way before it got popular in the past couple of years.
