Got tickets booked for these on the 23rd. The big Waterloo IMAX was pretty much sold out for the first 2 weekends for Op, so heading to the Science Museum one.

That’s a shame. I remember the SE DVD version he did that I ordered from the States (which I think thankfully arrived as a Region 2 unaltered) there was a whole bit about him colourfixing and adjusting the finalé specifically but the film in general. I guess it wouldn’t have been a good enough master for BluRay but you’d have thought it would have been a good enough guide for anyone else to do one.
Amused to discover there’s a whole film SFX group paralleling the, “vinyl/analogue is warmer,” records nerds who believe practical effects are always superior to CGI.
