Sanchez would be relatively cheap and is an obvious stopgap. Jimenez would cost an arm and a leg, would be stuck with us for a while and just isn’t that good. I agree that he’s the sort of player we might wind up buying simply because there’s no-one else available right now, and then deeply regret when some whizz kid arrives on the scene and is snapped up by Bayern.

Newcastle is definitely Andy Carroll

Lauturo from Inter? Barcelona are fluttering their eyelids, but surely they haven’t got the money.

I thought this one was lovely.

also I like the pink one from last season and the one this season that is the colour of champagne prosecco or maybe cava

Can’t remember that at all but it’s nice, liked the pink one too actually

changing my opinion to they’ve not had a good home kit this century

He started and ended his career with us so we kinda have a claim to Dion although I was watching a homes under the hammer recently where he was giving pelters to a room for having man city wallpaper and its like lol you played five games for United sit down

I’m glad I could sway you a bit

I thought these ones were fine, really, as far as home kits go. inoffensive.

Was it yourself who tried to defend that truly horrendous grey kit?

Deary me, Championship. What a sad little league.

Why QPR? They don’t strike me as thuggy.
