Can’t wait for the opening game of Wales v Italy!
Oh ok, I’m two years too early.
So to speak.

Nothing dirty about the road to EWSROI ‘28!
Apart from all those potholes amir9
I’m not going to post anything else in this thread apart from one of my most controversial statements ever which has potential to cause great offence and horror to most people on this forum: I felt quite happy for Arsenal last month and bear them no ill will
Well, it’s June now. The time of the year where we all think about and reflect on what football has meant to us over the past 10 months or so.
For me, football continues to be my primary way of escaping the real world for a while. 90 fleeting minutes where nothing matters but the thump of leather on leather, the piercing shrill of the referee’s whistle, the roar of the crowd and the ecstacy/agony/indifference of a win/loss/draw.
It takes your mind off what ails you and isn’t that all we can ask of it?
Take some time today to think about what football has meant to you and heck, if you like, share those thoughts in this thread why don’t ya!
The real world makes for a pleasant break from football in June and July, imo.
Not for me, I’ve had to do shit like “gardening” instead. It is genuinely awful to me.
What if your team being shit is one of the things that ails you?
The sweet release of the super-international break
Yeah, that’s no good
Missed soccer aid in the end, anything good happen?
The three lions
ROARED once more. Back in your box, world XI

Oh tell me about it. On Friday evening I was shovelling my garden, a couple of weeks prior we were beating Liverpool. A lone tear fell down my eye
Legitimately and sincerely spiralled mentally a bit over the weekend about it. Not healthy.
Would some footballer/gardening puns help?
Emile Ivanhoe Heskey
Absolutely not!
Lets nip this in the bud then, as a gardener would say haha
