Usually go something like honeycomb if available from those sorts of places.
Really miss the ice cream van that used to come round by our old house though. 99 rolled in sherbert with bubblegum sauce or Biscoff with strawberry and caramel.
Hear her chimes in the distance occasionally but never comes down here

Big fan of either honeycomb, salted caramel or raspberry ripple from the usual kind of places.
When we were in Helensburgh, Scotland last year I had Tablet ice cream. That was hands down the most delicious ice cream ive ever had. Soooo sweet but so good.
