I think you might be a few days early - Brighton Beer Week starts 24th August - but it’s probably worth a trip to Bison Beer to see if they have any.

The mythological item of a Redeye coffee beer will have to stay the stuff of legend.
I think I could probably do a Red Eye by using the filter coffee machine at work and then using the espresso machine to make one manually. Not sure if the community would accept this and, as yet, I don’t have a date in mind for it.
Apparently it’s international coffee day on 1st October, so maybe save it for then
